There are 0.63ctw round brilliant VS/G-H Diamonds set in a triangular halo around the Sapphire. The frame of the enhancer has a hand-hammered finish. The enhancer bale opens, so you can wear it on just about anything! This piece was handmade in the atelier of Adeler Jewelers in Great Falls, Virginia.
