American Gem Society
Adeler Jewelers was approved for firm membership in the American Gem Society (AGS) in 2008. Valentina Adeler Armour has earned the CGA title (Certified Gemologist Appraiser). Such credentials require annual re-certification to remain committed to furthering education, knowledge, and ethics within the industry. In fact, only 1.5% of jewelers nationwide achieve this prestigious accreditation.
The American Gem Society is an international association of fine jewelry professionals. The organization dedicates itself to proven ethics, knowledge, and consumer protection. Additionally, AGS awards professional titles to member firms that have an established jewelry business. These firms have earned an unquestionable reputation for ethics and honesty in their community.

Trade Association
The American Gem Trade Association (AGTA) is an association of United States and Canadian trade professionals. The association dedicates itself to promoting the long term stability and integrity of the natural-colored gemstone and cultured pearl industries. The Association pursues its goals through the combined use of educational programs, publicity, industry events, government and industry relations, and printed materials for both the trade and consumer. The AGTA is therefore well-known in the gemstone and jewelry industries for maintaining the highest ethical standards.
Jewelers Of America
Jewelers of America, headquartered in New York City, inspires and strengthens its members’ professionalism and high social, ethical and environmental standards with the vision to advance the retail jewelry profession. The organization represents more than 11,000 jewelry stores nationwide and is the indisputable leader for the jewelry industry, providing public and industry affairs leadership, certification, networking, cost-saving business benefits and other resources.

In 1912, members of the Jewelers Vigilance Committee came together to provide education and self-regulation to the jewelry industry. Members operate under the highest standards of business practice. In doing so, they pledge to comply with all laws applicable to the jewelry industry and make accurate representations.

Jewelers Security Alliance
Adeler Jewelers is a long standing member of the Jewelers Security Alliance (JSA). The JSA assists its members with security training and education. Consequently, this prevents jewelry crime and lobbies on behalf of its members for greater law enforcement and protection for the jewelry industry.
