The first results are in and my dad has WON the coveted 2012-2013 INTERNATIONAL PEARL DESIGN COMPETITION DESIGNER’S AWARD !!! This award is given to the entry that takes pearls to the far corners of the imagination and beyond and my father has nestled a luminous Tahitian black pearl into the “molten” movement created by this unique piece of meteorite, acquired from the fragments recovered in Russia in 1947.
